Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of Albomara — the Android app and web viewer (together, the "Service"). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in to Albomara with your Google account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be old enough to hold a Google account in your country to use the Service.

Events, roles, and your content

Albomara lets people create shared photo/video albums ("events") and invite others to join as a member (can contribute and browse) or a viewer (can browse, and download if the owner allows it). The event owner controls who's in an event, its sharing settings, and can pause, stop, or archive it.

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By adding content to an event, you give the other members and viewers of that event, and us, the ability to store, display, and deliver that content as part of running the Service — for example, showing it in the shared grid, generating thumbnails, and serving it through the web viewer. That license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups or copies kept briefly for operational or legal reasons.

You're responsible for having the right to share whatever you upload, and for respecting the other people in your photos and videos.

Acceptable use

Don't use Albomara to upload or share content that:

Don't try to circumvent an event's roles or permissions, scrape or bulk- export another event's content you don't have access to, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Reporting a problem or a policy violation

If you see content or behavior in Albomara that violates these terms — whether inside an event you're part of or otherwise — email albomara@aralel.com with as much detail as you can (event name, who's involved, what happened). We'll review reports and may remove content, restrict a user's role, or remove a user from an event or the Service, at our discretion.

Any member can remove content they can see from an event; an event owner can remove members or delete an event entirely.

Service availability

Albomara is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost, though we take reasonable steps to keep things running and your content intact. Back up anything irreplaceable elsewhere.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for anyone, for violating these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Albomara and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of photos, videos, or other data.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
